By accessing paradigmsourcingsolutions.com or engaging Paradigm Sourcing Solutions LLC ("PSS") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
PSS provides government contracting strategy, market research, proposal development, and business growth consulting services. The specific scope, structure, and compensation of any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement signed by both parties prior to any work commencing.
PSS works exclusively with established businesses that have existing operations and demonstrated past performance. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion.
All client engagements require a signed service agreement and mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before work begins. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls.
Compensation structures vary by engagement tier and are defined in each client's signed agreement. Initial engagements are commission-based with an optional setup fee. No compensation is due to PSS for any contract not directly resulting from PSS's documented efforts.
PSS provides strategy and execution support but cannot guarantee any specific contract award, revenue outcome, or government certification approval. Government procurement decisions are made solely by the relevant agencies and are outside PSS's control.
